Eden Forest
Eden Forest Tour Overview
⦿ Date: Friday, 16th January 2026 | Location: Praslin Island, Seychelles
⦿ Begin your Praslin adventure with a guided exploration of the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often hailed as the original “Garden of Eden”. This mystical palm forest is home to the legendary coco de mer, the largest seed in the plant kingdom, once thought to grow beneath the sea. At just 19.5 hectares, Vallée de Mai is one of the smallest UNESCO natural sites in the world, yet it shelters the largest intact forest of coco de mer palms and the rare Seychelles Black Parrot. As you stroll beneath towering palms, your guide will share stories of the forest’s ecological and cultural importance.
⦿ Your journey continues to Anse Lazio, regularly ranked among the world’s most beautiful beaches. With its soft golden sands, turquoise waters, and dramatic granite boulders, Anse Lazio is the perfect place to unwind. Swim in the clear Indian Ocean, take a gentle walk along the shore, or simply relax in paradise before heading back to the port.
