Wildlife & White Sands

Wildlife & White Sands Tour Overview

⦿ Date: Wednesday, 7th January 2026 | Location: Nosy Be, Madagascar

⦿ Your adventure begins with a short jeep transfer to Ambatoloaka, where you’ll board a boat and cruise across sparkling turquoise waters to reach Nosy Antsoha, a peaceful island sanctuary. Here, you can unwind on the beach or explore the island’s unique lemur reserve. This is the only place where you’ll encounter rare species such as the crowned sifaka with its creamy-white fur and orange chest, the striking belted black-and-white ruffed lemur, and the elusive sportive lemur. With a banana in hand, don’t be surprised if one of these playful primates hops onto your shoulder for a playful photo moment.

⦿ Your journey continues to the breathtaking Nosy Iranja, often referred to as the “paradise island” of Madagascar. This natural wonder is made up of two islets joined by a spectacular two-kilometre sandbar. At low tide, the gleaming white sand emerges to form a magical pathway across the lagoon, disappearing once again as the tide rises.

⦿ Surrounded by crystal-clear waters and lush greenery, Nosy Iranja is a true haven for nature lovers. Sea turtles regularly nest on its shores, and visitors can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing, or simply strolling along the sandbank while soaking in the tranquillity of this idyllic spot.

⦿ The day concludes with a traditional Malagasy lunch prepared by local chefs, served in this postcard-perfect setting before heading back to the port.
